VE-AD · Alpha 0.8.9 · Workspaces and AI tools
How your AI
operating system works.
A workplace with eyes, a brain and hands: VE-AD connects your work areas with company knowledge and AI agents. Calendars, tasks, customers, finances and communication share one set of data. Workspaces organise the day; tools such as Agency and Council support the work within them. You choose the modules your business needs.
Six perspectives shown as holographic shapes: move your mouse over a form to separate its pieces. The Meeting World and further work areas are described below.
View 1 · Overview · Included in the base
Everything comes together here.
Start the day with appointments, callbacks and open tasks. The planner puts them in order; reminders alert you when something is due.
The morning starts with an overview: appointments, callbacks and open tasks. VE-AD can also remind you by phone if desired. The personal daily plan uses agreed appointments and tasks so your team works from the same information.
- Without prompting
- Recurring reminders, daily plans and overviews run at agreed times. Your team sees what is next.
- One shared data set
- Address, call, appointment, quote, order, time, invoice, payment, report — nine connected stages. Information stays with the work item.
- Ideas lead to change
- “Ideas” and “What gets in the way” are dedicated areas. When someone hits a problem at work, they write a sentence; it becomes a task, and the change is often in the system that evening.
- From everyday work
- We use VE-AD in our own team. We configure your workspace around your business's processes and tasks.

AI that understands the context.
The AI assistant supports you in the context of your work. Approved customer and project information, together with conversation history, help it understand questions and prepare next steps.
The company assistant prepared for customers initially acts in an advisory capacity: it organises information and drafts suggestions. Your team changes business data through the designated forms. We specify additional agents and tools for your business within the agreed scope.
- Shared context
- AI considers the information approved for the relevant area. Permissions and task scope determine what it may access.
- Change the model
- Change the AI without rebuilding your workplace. Work items, permissions and company knowledge stay connected.
- Research with sources
- Web research with references, started from a work item and saved there as a note instead of in a private chat.
- Matched to your team
- Our new offering: VE-AD and our AI agent run on our own servers. Operation and agreed AI usage are included in the Individual, Team or Business licence. No additional AI subscription. We are currently setting up the server service for customers.
View 3 · Agency · Optional
AI agents for your workflows.
The Agency helps your team with recurring work: preparing customer enquiries, organising meeting notes, researching information and gathering next project steps. Choose a suitable AI role and assign the task.
A sales team needs quote preparation from meeting notes. A service business needs a draft reply using customer history. An office needs missing information for a project handover. We configure roles and templates for your business. The Agency gathers documents and flags missing information; your team reviews and approves the result.
- One work item, four stages
- A task starts where the need arises, alongside all relevant data. An agent takes it on with professional standards, format requirements and content restrictions. It reviews its own work over several rounds. A person decides.
- Clear responsibilities
- Office, sales, customer service or research: every role gets a clear remit. Instructions come from your processes and company knowledge.
- No silent dead ends
- If a task needs more information, you can see what is missing. Progress stays traceable.
View 4 · Council · Optional
One question. Seven perspectives.
Consider a decision from several sides. Seven voices discuss it — Customer, Thinker, Merchant, Engineer, Challenger, Sceptic and Lawyer — and you decide.
Each voice answers from its role: the Customer asks what they gain and whether they would recommend it; the Merchant weighs money, time and risk; the Engineer asks what could break at 3 a.m.; the Challenger looks for hidden opportunity; the Thinker asks whether this is the right question. A Writer combines the voices into a conditional recommendation. The Builder then turns it into Monday morning's first step: who does what, how long it takes and how to tell it is done.
- The Lawyer
- Flags liability, contracts, privacy and legislation. It does not provide legal advice — it identifies what a qualified lawyer needs to review.
- The Sceptic
- Looks for the strongest counterargument and second-order effects. Must challenge the idea even when everyone else agrees.
- The record
- Each session is saved for the whole team: question, seven voices, recommendation, conditions and a decision field filled in by a person. Blank means unresolved.
- From discussion to decision
- The recommendation stays with the original question. Your team can revisit the reasoning and track the agreed next step.
View 5 · Second Brain · Included in the base
Your company's memory.
Second Brain records how your company works: customer knowledge, processes, rules and decisions. It creates a shared company memory your team and AI can draw on.
How do we write quotes? What was agreed with the customer? Why did we decide this way? Company knowledge preserves the answers. Your team adds insights and corrects rules; the new version is available for later tasks. Experience becomes reusable, including for new employees.
- Share knowledge
- Documents and rules are easy to find in context. AI can use approved knowledge in its answers.
- Keep work in view
- Tasks, ideas and open questions supplement company knowledge. Current progress and past decisions stay together.
- Your standards apply
- Agreed processes and quality standards give your team and AI shared guidance.
- An example
- Since 21 August 2026, every work session has been logged with its date, purpose and author. This page is one of them.
View 6 · Editor World · Optional
Content in context.
The Editor World brings together video editing, a photo studio and an audio studio. Cut videos, edit subtitles, create images and prepare voice recordings: media work has its own place in VE-AD.
All three areas are present in the product. Image and audio jobs stay linked to the relevant customer or lead. We configure the required processing separately and agree scope and availability before customer use.
- Video editing
- Edit videos through instructions, add subtitles and music, and export as MP4. Changes can be undone.
- Photo studio
- Portraits, product images and image jobs with before-and-after comparisons. We demonstrate which editing workflow suits your images using a concrete example.
- Audio studio
- Turn text into speech, edit audio and prepare sound effects. Voices and recordings must be authorised for the task.
Meeting World · Optional module
Talk together.
In the same workplace.
Customer call or team meeting: video, audio, screen sharing and chat run directly in VE-AD. A customer follows a guest link, waits in the lobby and is admitted by your team. They do not need their own account.
- Stay with the customer
- Customer meetings link to the relevant contact. Team meetings, direct chats and group chats have their own entry points; search and archives keep conversations easy to find.
- Clear scope
- Designed for small-group conversations. We agree the participant scope and setup with you. Automatic meeting recording or AI-generated minutes are not included in the scope shown here.
How to get there
Your AI operating system. Clear pricing.
The VE-AD base costs €9,900 net once: overview, VE-AD core and company knowledge, with tools for your daily work. Add the base licence: €99 for one person, €299 for up to five, or €599 for up to 15 people per month, all net. Add the Meeting World, Council, Agency, Editor, Training Room, Acquisition and Investments as needed, at an extra charge. Server operation and agreed AI usage are included; no additional AI subscription is needed. Customer operation is being set up. Availability and scope are specified in your quote.
AI is included, but not unlimited. Your team shares a monthly allowance; you can see usage and the remaining balance in VE-AD. Further AI jobs stop when the limit is reached. Extra usage requires an explicit booking, with no automatic charges. Busy periods may involve waiting; an immediate response is not guaranteed. View provisional allowances and how usage is counted →
